CARMEN ELLY WILKERSON

Carmen Elly Wilkerson - Writer, Producer & director

Carmen has a M.F.A. from The American Film Institute’s Directing Program. Her short,  A GUY WALKS INTO A BAR, starred Fred Savage appeared in over 30 festivals and WON awards including Best Short at The Fort Lauderdale International Fest,  The Atlanta Film Festival, Taos, Arizona and won both a Cine Golden Eagle Award and the coveted Director’s Guild Student Award. After it’s television broadcast on Showtime, Variety called it a ‘mini cult classic’.  

Carmen was selected for The Guy Hanks Marvin Miller Screenwriting Fellowship and spent a year in the CBS Director Training Program on NCIS and CSI-NY. 

In 2016 her feature screenplay of THE REUNION was judged in the finals of the Sundance Writer’s Lab.  This past summer, Carmen was nominated for the FOX Global Directing Initiative.

SYLVIA FRANKLIN

Sylvia Franklin - Associate Producer

Sylvia Franklin has spent a decade honing her storytelling, producing and strategic marketing skills for all media.

Not only has she worked as a script coordinator for FOX’s Prison Break, TNT’s Rizzoli & Isles and Dallas, and WGN’s Outsiders, she was a staff writer for NBC’s drama Medical Investigation.

Sylvia is the co-producer of the award-winning indie feature film, Things Never Said (now available on Amazon).

JUSTIN IVAN HONG

Justin Ivan, Cinematographer

Justin comes highly recommended by the Chair of AFI’s Cinematography department, Stephen LightHill, ASC.

He is a highly skilled Cinematographer/Filmmaker originally from the island of Singapore where he worked for seven years in the Singaporean film industry.

 Justin’s work has won many awards and eventually led him to the prestigious American Film Institute where graduated this past June.

 NIKKI RUDLOFF

NIKKI RUDLOFF - Art Director

Nikki Rudloff moved to Los Angeles to pursue her ambitions in the Art of the Film Industry. She has worked in the art department on larger features including Bridesmaids and also as an Art Director and Production Designer on numerous smaller features, TV shows and commercials. 


LASHAWN MCGHEE

LaShawn McGee - Editor

LaShawn McGhee is a former Army Nurse turned filmmaker. She attended the New England Institute of Art (NEIA) where she won numerous awards including the Excellence in Digital Filmmaking Award.

She was then accepted into The American Film Institute where she excelled as a film editor.  LaShawn has edited several short films and two feature length documentaries and of which won best editing of a documentary at the St. Tropez International Film Festival in 2014.  LaShawn's recent credits include Assistant Editor on the Academic Award nominated, Selma and as Editor for HBO's Project Greenlight

 SHARI MURRAY

Shari Murray - EDITOR

Shari Murray is a twenty year-plus veteran of Post Production, and Film Editing. As a professional technician, Murray has worked at some of the premiere post facilities in Hollywood as part of the team for top rated episodic shows such as Law & Order franchise, CSI franchise, House, and Grey’s Anatomy

Murray has worked extensively within the Independent Filmmaking community bringing her professional work ethic, technical knowledge and expertise as an Avid Editor, and a Post Supervisor on nine short films and three feature films including The Sweetest Heir. 

Murray received her B.S. in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology and is a native New Yorker.

ERICA GOINGS

ERICA GOINGS -  Casting Director

Erica Goings, is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She's been in the entertainment world for over 13 year and has casted at Paramount Pictures and tv shows for nearly every network on the air.

Currently she's Casting Producer for Mysticart Pictures, as well as Casting Director for several independent projects.

Erica is known around town for having a knack for finding impeccable talent.

Erica is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc.

JONGNIC BONTEMPS

 JONGNIC BONTEMPS -  music composer

Jongnic Bontemps is a classically trained composer with roots in the church and jazz world as a pianist. Hailing from Brooklyn, New York he studied music at Yale, Berklee and the University of Southern Califonia.  He was a Sundance Lab Composer Fellow in 2013 and recieved a Time Warner Artist Fellowship in 2014.  Jongnic aka JB brings a very complex musical edge to every project.
 
JB composed music for over 50 projects spanning Film, TV and Video Games. His work has been heard in various award winning films at Cannes, Warsaw Film Fesitval, Pan African American Film Fest, American Black Film Fest, as well as networks like HBO, BET, Disney and the silver screen.  
 
Jongnic worked along side some of the biggest Film Composers in the business like Alan Silverstri (Forrest Gump, Avengers), Alexandre Desplat (The King's Speech,Godzilla), Bruce Broughton (Silverado, Tiny Toon Adventures), Danny Elfman (Batman, Spider Man), Christopher Lennertz (Horrible Bosses 2, Think Like A Man Too), Christophe Beck (The Muppets, Frozen), Marco Beltrami (The Hurt Locker, iRobot) and Theodore Shapiro (The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Semi Pro)
